Cognitive
Dissonance is a beautiful track. What can I say? Just keep up the great
work, good luck!

I
love the way you've equated tablas with the message of love, self-compassion,
and positivity. Thank you for sensitively including the gorgeous
sounds of tabla and for taking the time to learn the bols (language)!

i
was so excited to receive your cd in the mail. i quickly opened
it up and put it in the player and enjoyed the whole thing in one fell swoop.
what can i say? it was a lovely brand-new-cd listening experience.
i found it to be unique, in terms of your vocal/spoken word style. spoken
word is fantastic, but sometimes there is a tendency to make it all sound the
same... i'm not sure if spoken word was what you were trying to do but
your style was refreshing, and while unique, completely accessible.
i especially love the track with all of the questions, "are you a coconut?" i
can't remember the name of it... the whole issue of identity and how we define
ourselves sometimes based on these questions and sometimes not... everytime
i listen to that track i get something new out of it. anyway, i could go
on and on, but i won't here.
it is always a pleasure to hear brown folk do their thing with dignity and
spirit. many blessings towards all your future endeavors. if you are ever
in houston, you must do a show here.
all the best,

chill...
Miss alien, through her narrative style, will likely evoke personal
memories of discord, while hinting at potential for jubilance. This, in a dreamy
aural blend of beats, chirps, and lyrics allows you to dream, chill, or bop.
I especially fancy her vocals in "nocturnal concrete mountaineering" and "projection honey".
The very memorable "mothership" is
uplifting, sweet, and melodic. These favorites cause me to anticipate future
sound poetry from micropixie. Unwind your headphones to get the grand effect
from micropixie's sound. Delve beyond your own space, and into it...

Björk Meets Bowie...!
Behold the golden dawn of Planetary Music! The Micropixie has landed. Her debut "Alice In Stevie Wonderland" is
Sade smooth and Pink Floyd trippy. What's Going On rite hear is a classic title
track plus more infectious singles than a 21st-century diva can shake a spaceship
at. Wonder-full for headphones, dancefloor, and trance-formative ambience. The
auditory stylings of Neo Eon One make for a sumptuous secret sauce in this sonic
chickpea feast. ASWL by MPX: an iPod-friendly triumph.

I'm
digging the sense of scale. Wallery Nallidi as I would say in a Scottish
acent. Congrats on the album!

Alice in Stevie Wonderland. Longue vie donc à cette enfant de toutes les
cultures...

Hello Micropixie,
Your
album has some of the best vocals and production I've heard in
a long time, and I have been listening to 'lounge' music for too
many moons. I really enjoyed your album.
Just thought I should let you know it brought a smile to my face when
I heard it the other day at the Little Spot Cafe in the Mission...
