Micropixie has been invited to perform at the annual multi-disciplinary arts festival based in Los Angeles; ArtWallah showcases innovative and original work from South Asian artists and artist-activists that address political, personal, or cultural celebrations/struggles. Started by a group of artists and community activists in 1999, ArtWallah is a grassroots initiative responding to the need for a platform of expression and a channel of communication between South Asian diasporic artists and their communities. Micropixie will be performing two sets; for both performances, MPX will be accompanied on tabla by Robin Sukhadia.
